Noreen Premji joined Piper Communications in 2025 and currently serves as Digital Marketing Manager. Her role involves public relations planning to produce digital and social content, managing projects, overseeing marketing strategies, and conducting research to enhance client results.

Prior to joining Piper Communications, Noreen worked as a Content Strategist at TeamHealth and formerly as the evening producer at WBIR-TV in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Noreen is a Knoxville native and a graduate of the University of Tennessee, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Journalism and Electronic Media and English and a minor in French. She earned her Masters of Science in Media and Communications from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

When she’s not at work, Noreen loves to practice and teach yoga, train for her next half marathon on our beautiful Tennessee trails, try new coffee shops, taste test the latest restaurants, and travel.
